What you'll be doing:

Do you want to be the face of our organization in an international and dynamic environment and ensure that our guests enjoy the most pleasant stay possible? As a Guest Service Agent at Htel Serviced Apartments, you are a key factor in our guest satisfaction! On a daily basis, you will be stationed at the reception desk and handle the check-in and check-out of our guests. In addition to answering various guest inquiries, you will take care of registrations and occasionally offer guests a nice cup of coffee or tea. You will also answer the phone, respond to emails, and ensure that the lobby always looks welcoming and presentable.

What will you do?

  • Check guests in and out
  • Answer questions and provide information to guests
  • Provide customer service via email and telephone
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as preparing invoices
  • Process reservations and cancellations
