Hotel policies
We are dedicated to making your stay exceptional and memorable. To help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following house rules, ensuring Htel Apartments feels like home for everyone.

Depending on your agreement, your apartment will be cleaned weekly or bi-weekly. This service includes fresh towels and bed linen, as well as vacuuming and or mopping of floors.
To help our team provide the best service, we kindly ask you to ensure all areas, including kitchen counters, are easily accessible.
Additional cleaning or extra towel and linen changes can be arranged for a supplementary fee.
Please dispose of excess rubbish in the underground bins located at the back entrance. If you have a pet, we kindly ask you to be present during housekeeping.
To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, smoking including e-cigarettes is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking from apartment windows is strictly prohibited. A €250 fine applies in case of non-compliance.
The possession or use of nitrous oxide is not permitted. Drug use or smoking in or around the building is strictly prohibited.
We kindly ask you to be mindful of your neighbours, especially during the evening hours. Loud conversations, strong odours, or prohibited activities such as smoking weed can be disruptive, particularly in shared spaces like the parking area, hallways, entrances, and other indoor common areas.
Repeated disturbances may lead to formal action.
For everyone’s comfort, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00.
Please treat your apartment, furnishings, and inventory with care and avoid any damage or alterations.
If you notice any issues, such as leaks or safety concerns, please report them immediately to the Resident Service Desk. Guests may be held liable for damages unless proven otherwise.
To ensure safety and consistency, it is not permitted to move or modify furniture, install office equipment, or connect additional IT or telecom devices without prior written approval from Htel Serviced Apartments.
Free parking is available, though spaces are not reserved. If the main parking area is full, additional parking is available behind the building.
Htel Serviced Apartments is not liable for damage or theft. Please park only in designated spaces. Parking on sidewalks is not permitted and may result in a warning or further action.
Each apartment is equipped with a safe for your valuables. Htel Serviced Apartments cannot be held liable for any missing items.
We kindly ask you to remove your laundry promptly after use so others can access the machines. Htel Serviced Apartments is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Charging batteries for electric bicycles, fatbikes, scooters, or similar vehicles is only permitted inside your apartment and only when you are present.
Charging in common areas, including the bicycle storage, is not allowed. Once fully charged, batteries must be unplugged immediately. Any damage resulting from charging may be charged to the guest.
Check-out time is 11:00. If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact the Resident Service Desk. This may be subject to an additional fee.
Before departure, we kindly ask you to dispose of excess rubbish, wash dishes, turn off lights, and close windows and doors.
